I love how they gloss over finding a complete skeleton that is somehow stuck together and not falling apart dangling from a tree.

Does the artist think people in Taiwan dress and have hairstyles like ancient China or something?

These translator and the studio guys, both, need to check out Will Eisner’s book Sequential Storytelling, and Scott McCloud’s Understanding Comics so they can stop obscuring what they’re translating and/or adapting. Same goes for artists and scriptwriters. Those two are essential, but they aren’t the only ones available.
There’s also coverage relating to the subject on YouTube. But they all seem to ignore it and just try to translate/adapt straight across. That doesn’t work. To do a good job, you need someone who is very fluent in (if it’s not their native tongue, which is preferable) the target language in order to localize it.
Most of these translator teams seem like they speak Malay natively, not English, Chinese, or Korean. And they are likely still in Malaysia, not in the US.
I appreciate their efforts, but please, if you have the time and inclination, try harder.
