Either a simp or a could be he hated her because of how she was but now that it’s being done to her he feels angry cause he hates himself for hopping she got karma or hated that type of person that her bf became crueler than her past self

It’s actually sad to know that this happens in real life too, some boys will treat you very kindly just at first but once they realize that you are isolated and fully dependent on him emotionally or financially, and you have no one to back you (parents or anyone else) they will abuse you, torture you and basically use you and you won’t even leave him, because you would have nowhere to go and you will think you still love him.
So you should beware of such boys, and always remember, the moment you think you are smart enough to not fall for it, that’s when you are the easiest prey.
(I felt cringe giving that advice for some reason, anyways beware.)
