People…..Light Novels are almost always the source material for Anime/Manga adaptations.
The reason for this is two fold. (And probably more)
Generally speaking its because
1) you can’t beat the nuance/substance of a Novel as opposed to TV etc. Adapting from a Novel means you’re forced to cut lots of details simply by virtue of the difference in mediums. But this isnt bad because it means you can pick and choose what you want to use from a plethora of source material.
2) more importantly, for the most part, both Anime and Manga are simply PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISING for the source material, ie; The “Light Novel”
whilst’ they make plenty of money on Anime and Manga and whilst’ Anime is almost like a Hollywood of the East in and of itself; the Light Novels are the serious breadwinners and the pillar, or foundation of all the entertainment that comes from Anime, Manga even games sometimes.
The same is true in the West. The vast majority of the TVs you enjoy are adaptations from Novels and Bestsellers. Though they’re not “promotional” in the same way Anime/Manga are in the East with respect to their source material LNs.
Of course, this is just the rule. There are plenty of exceptions. Plenty of Anime originals like Code Geass and Death Note (? I think) and also plenty of Hollywood originals and TV shows.
But Anime/Manga remain promotional in respect to their LN sources.

I like how different the manga is. She’s much more expressive and the other demon king is much more freaky looking. I think I’ll read the whole thing

Answer from everyones confusion:
*The novel separates the story of the humans, the vampire, the goblin and the spider in different volumes.
*the manga adapts the flow of the novel
*the anime alternates from present to the future thats why some parts of the anime isnt drawn on manga.. Take note that monster reincarnated students have 15 years starting point advantage since they mature quickly than thier classmates who reincarnated in the kingdom as human.

Now the anime is going off the light novel and probably won’t be the same as the manga because. They might interpret it differently

Because the anime catched up to the manga
Why is the manga behind the anime?
