Short but a nice battle. Also the neck snap with the smile. That was creepy. Still a cute face but very creepy. And I called it. Knew it had something to do with Taboo. Just wasn’t 100 on it. I haven’t read the LNs so I’m in the series blind. Only relying on this and the anime. Which; can’t wait for 2nd season.
oh and for those who are too impatient, the identity of this “mysterious being”
he managed to acquire this power when he saw kumo’s way of doing magic. wich is to not use skills but interfere directly with magic itself.
i don’t remember if they talked about this. but if not here we go :
the problem lies in the fact that due to this cycle of reincarnation the souls are drained and damaged. (especially in the demon world) but the power of the skills are still as powerfull.
the plan is to steal the management and delete the link of the skill function ( so everyone would be responsible of the energy depense of their skill ) but that also means that everyone who has a lot of skills would be doomed ( because no one has the energy to even possess the skill.
