I feel like the MC should be using a spear with the lightning and Dwayn should have an AX or big hammer and things would be so much easier for them bludgeon damage and piericing considering how many times things seem to be resistant to slashing or has touch skin or armour like I like that he finaly did like a dril but if MC had a spear and dwayn had a hammer they could combo a slam attack tot he back of the spear driving it in like a nail considering he can shape the weapon make the back flat just like a nail or wedge and then he could use it to conduct his lighting though.
