I dunno… It would be more fun to mess with the humans at this point. Show up, wipe out the entire army and say “HAHAHA i am immortal! every time i get banished i come back STRONGER!!! Thats why i didn’t fight back!”
You could have a lot of fun like that. Tell them that you are hiding, waiting, and watching. then just surprise them in stupid ways. When a king goes to the bathroom, be there on the toilet saying “just warming it up for you, i hope you are behaving”
Here we go boiiis, the stuff human greediness does best….waging war against each other…

So the story ends with a ruler even stronger than Menas so no one dares to declare war… But since Menas disappeared without any real strong powerful figure taking his place, everyone starts to prepare for world
