MC never played bannerlord. You show up with your mercenary army of monsters, tell them you are a displaced noble mage or some other sob story, defeat the enemy army, then wait for them to give you either peerage or a merc contract. You have your monster army loot the dead, then sell it at the next town to “cover expenses”

Level 5 is known as the highest level of magic, huh… Seems about right for a world where even level 20 is considered among the strongest.
But I’m questioning why they are so sure that the Demon Emperor has died to such a low level army, when he could have easily destroyed that much bigger one “if he was alive.”
Isn’t his death just that little suspicious?

I still wanna see this story where instead of faking his death, he quits in a rage. Including calling everyone into a meeting, including the heroine, discussing the reasons for the coup, learnings a few things, then telling everyone except his highest officials to leave the room and and doing a ‘Steiner’s assault was a direct order’ type of rant.
