This association green hair investigator should be first fired and they jailed for leaking personal info from the association and other crimes she is doing. And what part of loan sharks are civilians ? they are criminals and they attacked the mc first so it was self defense. Never mind that the green hair investigator dont look into the loan shark who is totally scamming the mc by first change bank account and phone number so the mc cant contact or pay the loan. Never mind that this makes no sense to be a world with awakened powers and they are treated like worst criminals when they dont have license that is like one of the hardest thing to get in there. That basically force people to deal with black market
