So my theory is that everyone in the maze except for the challenger are ones that died in the maze and that the maze made copies of them. So the whole guide of sin are all already dead and the maze vanishes if it’s cleared.. so since they are true copies of their originals they have genuine feelings and agendas and that’s why they perceive themselves as adventurers.
Now there are 2 options
1. they know that they vanish if the tower is cleared and that’s why they don’t want anyone to clear the maze so they can live forever.. maybe it’s a contract with the maze
2. Since they’re mere copies of the original it’s hardcoded into them to stop the adventurers just like ordinary monster but with the ability to travel floors. That’s also why they seem to be restricted to their “tier” Lvl.
People really are mad about NPC’s in a solo playthrough? Just because it’s solo, doesn’t mean it has no NPC’s.
Did author already forget about Proof of Victory? Shouldn’t Tae-San’s mana be much higher with all the mobs he’s killed?
theory time: i think that the tower even on solo mode is a mirror of the true tower that is somewhere else. if these people are all here and solo mode is supposed to be the real tower then why is it that the other people of solo mode are not able to interact. so there must be a being who made a mimicry of the tower in order to raise the level of the people of earth to either be sacrifices or to survive something.
I dont exactly understand the concept of the guide of sin. Are they from other dimensions with humans like ghost boy and the old guy who is like a spirit looking for his goddess? Are they officially part of the tower and every player must encounter them?
MC might be only on the 13th Floor, but his stats alone are probably much higher than those on the 20th/30th Floor… Not to mention the skills he has picked up and “Past Expierence”
