Funnily back when I had to first play lacrosse, I had a coach who wouldn’t teach us about the sport, but how to fully maximize or peripheral vision to be able to see a bit more than 180*, and I hated it at first, but its such a good skill to have in daily life. funny to see it now implemented in a story. take this though, its very painful, because at first you are now taking 2/3 more of the area in your possible field of view now in focus, and can be very overloading for you to perceive.
