Well he can do literally anything now. I don’t think God is unimaginable. He could steal skill’s from everyone, bestow skills to his most loyal followers and declare himself God King. Then when he retires, he can cut & paste all 21 billion skills to his successor (assuming he doesn’t get some form of immortality before then.)
