MC is a bit slow.
he should have stolen their skills the second he saw them
and figuring out that it was the collar that was the enslavement tool isn’t difficult since it stands out and all enslaved has had it..
yes, he can’t cut the enslave state from the enslaved, but he should have no problem cutting the enslave skill from the collors and putting them on for example the poachers’ pants.
