what if all of that fat is only on the outside and inside is just a absolutely ripped body so it looks like there is more fat than there is
this is pretty realistic. Im gonna use middle aged women as an example considering they lack cognitive functions amd tbh… they are naive and stupid. Anyhoo the most important thing is diet. Ppl excercise and eat less when they get surprised when they lose 2kg in like 1 week but its just water weight, then those stupid women get too comfortable and do a cheat meal since they’ve ‘earned’ it. Then they weigh more and get angry at society and beauty standards to cope
