If he can’t hear then he can LEAD, He can INSPIRE, He can use Magic!!! He can be the one that shows the many ears that they are not only confined to 3 jobs. That they do not have to be submissive to a higher rank. That they too can join those higher ranks. Hell they can join the 13 crowns over time.
Old Boomer is stuck in his old ways. The future Demon king will show this old boomer that Nova and his fellow students are more then what they image their kind can be.
