Nobody wants a main character that actively avoids gaining power. In what possible way could greater strength make the knight academy harder it would directly make being a knight easier and probably ad value to him as a potential knight. There is literally no true reason for this bullshit. The author is a retard

This MC is seriously pissing me (a “middle aged” man) off! I KNOW that I would not be like this jerk! I am so very close to dropping this read, and it has so much potential too. Ugh, so frustrating and seriously pissing me off.
