The world already has that spoon class system, in the world the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. If all records, art and history disappeared it would be anarchy and a reset. No data mean records, no id’s no bank accounts, rich would only have their gold and jewelry. If you act fast get a cashe of weapons, water, food and gold you’ll do fine in the new world assuming you neighbors don’t murdered you. Imagine it no data means the OS on your phone, pc etc is gone even modern cars need a computer to run, that computer will need an OS and data both gone.

The actual story is decent, just skip this chapter/wipe it from your brain if you read it 
no idea why artists/authors choose to make shitty chapter 0s that make the story look way worse than it is by skipping major details and rushing and spoiling things without any setup
