The mc isn’t really helping his allies. Timeline and certain events he is indeed helping, because he did stop a few events from happening. But if we’re talking about helping his allies, he’s not really doing that.
I get he’s just a straight up a neutral type character and I also get why he’s acting this way. But all he’s really doing is weakening his allies and basically stealing certain character’s talents.
At this point, he could’ve did half of the shit on his own because he’s just dragging Sunhwa into something she doesn’t even know what’s happening from the shadows.
Bro is just straight up making his allies weaker.
Um he definitely stole her skill and it was definitely intentional. He knew that’s where she got her start, knew he was higher level than her, and he did it just bc he was curious.
Is he lying becaise he can say he knows the future and some sadistic player will commit murder there?

I’ve always hated those sort of win-more rewards, mostly in my experience from playing poorly designed table top games. The kind of rewards that you get from winning once, blocking off the chance that you’ll ever lose, ending up in a table of bored and lifeless players groaning about wanting to just end it while being scolded by the snowballing winner with “Don’t be a sore loser, let’s finish this, you’re no fun to game with” (Usually the types who will mald and sweat endlessly when they’re not the chosen one) or cajoled with “No, stop being such a downer, you’re doing great, nobody’s guaranteed to win yet!” (Usually the types who are decent people but go into silent terminator tryhard mode the moment they sense a chance of failure)
