If there is only 2-3 what if his parents are also necromancer

Random starting stats.
Stats can be boosted from talents, items, assigned, etc.

Why can’t author ever be self-consistent. I’ll buy in your worlds, just stick to your own rules.
By the by: for anyone wondering he doesn’t get to choose what to allocate his stats points to, they are auto assigned to strength. (It’s worded poorly cuz apparently translating is the hardest job in the world) His unique skill forces all points to go into a single stat which he can choose, at anytime, to make all other stats rise to that same number. His strength is the only thing that will gain points until he uses his single use skill.
So many strays 
That’s just going too far dude…
what the hell happen to the attributes points he has?
