Maybe they are brothers(twin), they have the same feature of face, and that person prob the true leader of Iron Martial Org and was decieved by Mu Ak, that why Mu Ak is not interested in organisation and want to disband it. That’s my guess only.

I bet he is either the real Hwangbo Gun Ak or some craziness and to be honest his facial structure looks just like him and they kind of made the blood surrounding his head look like the red hair of Hwango Gun AK and it makes sense his name Gun AK and Mu AK look similar thats probably why he keeps screaming it out….
