C’mon, guys!
Quite a big part of the criticism this manhua gets comes from lack of text comprehension:
What MC said is that trainers are still investigating the details behind monster promotion. Even in this chapter, they talk about “trying to evolve them” and “experiments”.
What’s broken about MC’s system, is that he knows precisely what every monster needs to evolve/advance.

Man, can we have a Manhuas That doesn’t have corrupt people in. Also, Martial Arts part, should be practical or physical part? Well, Chinese being Chinese. Also, MC going all his way and evolving the Pokémon will show his immaturity, I mean, evolving it couldn’t draw undesirable attention?

I guess that the label “martial arts” here refers to teaching them to the pet in order to evolve them.
