I feel like this planet would be blown apart by now with the mutated animals and mankind fighting over dominance of everything. It would be hundreds, if not thousands of islands in the sky, each with its own gravity and other resources. Ground vehicles would be mostly useless, depending on the size of each of the islands they’re found on. There would no longer be any nuclear weapons since a cataclysm of this category would have used them all up.

There would be radioactive islands strewn across the sky too, causing more mutations–probably negative or degrading mutations. But there would be enough that one or more would change some species course of evolution. And, of course, among those species there would be humans, because some of us are just too reckless to stay away from things like this.

It would make the worldbuilding a lot more interesting too; less like Pokémon and more like Pokéspawn, lol.
