The raws are online up to chapter 116, i.e. the end of the anime season 3, so we should hopefully have them translated in a decent time.
After what, it’s not impossible the artist would maybe take a rest, I don’t know. The manga and anime are usually closely related and always adapted from the light novel version, not the original web novel (though they’re actually close enough to one another), and maybe some common design decisions are being made.
Season 3 is announced for April 2026, so the manga should resume quickly as well.
It also looks like season 4 is already getting prepared.
