I remember something like a common theme with Oni becoming stronger yet attaining a younger figure… Author implemented it here too! Tbh it’s cool. I like this chapter
Oboro was arrogant to think he was the only one with a magic item that could copy other people’s powers, but Light had plenty of UR Ability Copy cards.
That’s a lot of cope coming from someone who:
a. Can’t land a single skill.
b. Took damage from the weapon reveal’s animation.
So, Light vs. Oboro is finally here and, yes, I knew that the fool is now using his magic mirror and boy, the “finally attaining Absolute Power” make him the noisy kind of idiot. Loads of words narcissism, arrogance, and more importantly vanity because what he says to Light’s mid-battle is Oboro’s “Me me me me me me me” and he is not even trying to beat the allegations of his own evil.
Remind me of both Sionne/Shion and Nano for the same villainy though his gloating about power while disregard the victims to his delusional dream. Then again, no matter how you see it or how deep the his denial over his Lvl. 5000-ish power, Oboro is still a big fish in a small pond because the power he think he has “attained” is unearned and his attitude only make him too predictable. The only thing he did is just take advantage Light’s handicap in lack of sword-fighting tank and forcing him into a defensive.
Plus, if he REALLY attained this so-called “Absolute Power” by copying Light’s power, which is very impossible, he would’ve dodge or tank Light’s Copy-Magi string almost instantly but here he is get hurt for it…and there is more to come too.
In other words, as long Oboro refuses to understand what is the real strength is, his is just a one-trick pony with a VERY limited move set. Not even with this copied power.
So, here is a bet for Oboro for thinking that he really THAT confident about his delusional ideology: Survive the Ability/Sense Copy Cards (yes, plural) for at least 1 minute.
Put this to give people some perspective….
i think he can use all the skill of his summonings not just one, because he said infinite, mirror copies on but his card copies all,
also i think that mirror copy is mimic of what it copies, since it changed his own race, identity and looks but still, i think it still have some surprise otherwise, revenge end fast wont be epic,

It’s a let down cause all he did was copy the force of the body itself not the skills so to speak. A scorpion with claws but no stinger so to speaxk. All that is anti-clamatic.
