My Gift LVL 9999 Unlimited Gacha - Chapter 212
Comments for chapter "Chapter 212"
So, the main event of the Summit Arc is now here and because of time restrains, I had to say my piece,
Abridged/easy version? All nine delegates from including Team Human Kingdom now gathering at the round table, meeting the eight non-Human counterparts and the chapter ends with a cliffhanger where Lilith makes her coup against her father legall by announcing herself as the Queen of Mankind.
Detailed version? A LOT of them, so much so that I need to split in three parts because some of the scenes will foreshadow future events post Demon Kingdom Saga. So, the short version is this,
- Light, as “Dark” is infuriated to know that Diablo has left, meaning that his original revenge plan has been thwarted and his only priorities right now is to see through the Lilith’s fruition of her plan in making her objective come true. More on Diablo later.
- Meeting all eight non-human leaders in the conference room, both returning (Lif, Dagan, Ozo, Voros and Yotsuha) and new faces (unnamed Dalf Elf envoy, unnamed Dragonewt envoy and the unnamed Centaur High Chief, with the third is revealed to be Santor’s granddad) . High Chief here will play a major antagonistic role in the future arc post Demon Kingdom Saga for his tone during the summit may hinting Santor’s own evil.
- Who could’ve thought that Beastmen and Centaurs are not in good terms with each other? This also means to at both Garou and Santor were rivals despite they both betrayed Light on the fateful day. High Chief granddad also ain’t bother to even try to be subtle about how he felt about the humans, if his “advice” to Ozo is anything to go by….
- Voros. Nobody likes Voros and takes his words serious this is despite him trying to be “professional” in Doesn’t help the fact that the Undertaker King’s monologue about him calling the shots in order to increasing his chances of becoming the king. The prince’s interaction with Lilith also reeks with sarcasm and his plan to defeat the Witch only make him a hypocrite, given that he did warned the three Masters (Daigo, Miki and Goh) not to upset the witch. Be very careful with the tongue, my guy.
- Speaking of exact whom, both Ellie and the two Lvl.8888 attendants able to blend into the crowd very well without anybody know their presence ( only Black Clown Mask, Lilith and ironically both the long ears and the bipedal fluffballs). Both Lif and Ozo are shaken and for the good reason too, given their own personal experience. This may be the request Ellie said to Lif, eh? You can ready see her not smiling when she heard Voros’s decision without reading the room.
- While speechless, the old king closing his eyes as if he is very much accepting his fate of getting usurped by his daughter. Actually, it seems he has anticipated such, given what he felt back from Chapter 202.
Speaking of Diablo, just as I have long predicted the traitor has left Nine-making him as the first traitor to elude from Light wrath but we all know his true reason to leave Nine. Light originally want to embarrass his former friend in front of everybody but it was nulled because of Diablo’s escape. Then again, with Diablo’s connection to whatever had befell onto Els? The original plan was actually deemed too lenient and the escape is also the reason why the Demon Kingdom Saga is the longest arc in the series.
Also, how privileged both Santor and Drago truly are for not participate the Summit themselves, with the 7th traitor being a huge golden boy to the equally uncouth grandpa, whereas the last traitor who stared the whole Fake Master Incident? Let’s say that only Garou knew the GOR’s/COT’s former leader’s true identity and the hint?
Looks like the Oni priestess is about to slide out of her chair.
…and now it really takes off.
duude this is awesome
of course, the demons the smart one demons are cunning he sensed the danger unlike the other elves are haughty dragon newts are arrogant dark elves are cynical beastmen are unintelligent oni are obsessive dwarves are selfish and centaurs are an unknown as of yet so will see bet if had to guess id say combative
Light got the elf queen sweating in that summit and the beastmen

Oh well, it seems Light’s revenge will have to wait. As the saying goes, revenge is a dish best served cold.
