This arc really didnt need to exist in this form.
I’m glad the author took the time showing in this chapter what an utter difficult decision this is for all people involved, also making crystal clear that the heart of MC belongs to Moon Gyu (their silent exchange was really sweet).

Such a weird creative choice to have this kind of shenanigans in this kind of story. it feels like something that would come out of those many low quality OP MC harem manhuas. but i can feel the author doing his absolute best to make it work with his usual writing quality but the choice itself to have this happen at all is just so weird to me.
First the weird behaviour of the granddaughter of the divine physican, who resented the mc over killing her rapist.
Then the sister who randomly attacks her family and people who want to help her with martial arts (I don’t get the reason, is it a trace state?).
Now the weird “You have to rape her for medical treatment” plot straight out of an ero doujinshi, which leaves me with a final question: Is the author drunk lately?
