i know i’m not suppose to say this and many would probably got mad at me saying it
but i always have this inkling impression that luffy never fight seriously until the last moment. he would always get sidetracked or distracted or so on.
i’m not saying that he didn’t fight properly since it concern his life and death many times. and it’s not like he didn’t know the stake at hand if he didn’t take his opponent seriously.
but his playfulness mentality would always be there, one way or another, that causes him losing the battle. it’s like he never took his opponent seriously enough to stop playing around. but then again, men will always be boys i guess.
Are we expecting another power up or someone will come to save him
