The mystery is now solved, (but of course this is my own theory)
Luffy was a joyboy himself from the beginning, that’s the reason why Roger said “we arrived too soon” right? Now what happened if joyboy from void century was Luffy? That question seems unanswerable but still vague…. You see, the giant robot name Emmet, that technology isn’t something you can build in the old era unless you took it from the future… Now the treasure so called “one piece” is actually a story meant to complete the journey of “joyboys” since Roger told us “that’s a funny story”
My conclusion is…. Luffy’s journey from his childhood until now is meant to fill the complete story of void century itself.
