I think Imu is each of the twenty kings in one body and that this current Imu is different from the one they fought a bit ago. That’s why he has access to all of the weapons and can use them perfectly.

Listen man Ussop is waiting for the final arc like Naruto he’s just gonna use Talk No Jutsu until then and then suddenly BAM he kills the final boss.

Can be one helluva irony if Usopp – who is a compulsive liar (sort of), ends up being known as Luffy’s right-hand once the latter becomes the Pirate King. XD
Know what? I still think that Usopp has been criminally underutilized for this arc. However, his speech here shows his growth, shows he truly understands Luffy, and is beyond satisfying to hear him say.

its interesting to see how OP imu is.
so despite all of this, he was capable of fighting luffy and loki to almost despairing/desperate level and only now he was injured.
this pretty much shows how overpowered he is in normal condition. even more so when he was at peak condition centuries ago
