A brief description of the manhwa Overbearing Tyrant:

In the year 202X, a race of otherworldly invaders attacked Earth with advanced technology and combat robots, and humans battled for 10 years just to survive. Park Sung Hyun was the leader of the troops in Incheon, Bupyeong, prior to these events. He had been a part-time worker at a convenience store like others before the invasion, but he became a skilled warrior in his quest to avenge his family. On the way to attack the Otherworlders’ headquarters, Park was trapped in a warp portal with the Otherworlders’ leader. When he woke up, he discovered himself in an unfamiliar fantasy world that reminded him of Europe during the Middle Ages, and his soul was trapped inside a weak blonde 15-year-old boy’s body.

Pretty Good Read. However, there’s some problems. For one, which is very obvious, there’s been no updates for a long time. It’s just been 53 chapters. No updates. For two, we could’ve done without the whole Isekai Stuff. The Main Characters Previous Life is useless to his new life. This has potential. But needs LOTS of improvement. It’s worth a read. But quite short. But I hear this has a Novel.

TBH, don’t waste your time. This MC was written by someone brain-dead. Would be better without the whole isekai aspect because he doesn’t use his 40 years of life and 10 years of fighting cyborg aliens to his advantage and acts like the literal 15-year-old he took over. Dropped after 12 chapters after he refuses to get rid of the corrupt vassals and refuses to learn how to fight (which he should already know but somehow forgot, and gets fucked up by some random knights.

fairly average, probably better than average. Art is good, but the relationships arent super deep, the plot is a lot of mc does this then that then that,

[Read up to chapter 34]
I like the story and while I agree with some of the people in the comments that areas are lacking, I think it’s better than some of the things that are out there. Not saying this story is the best, I just think it’s interesting to read.

Its a isekei from Sci-F to the middle ages in Europe. Which is pretty cool imo. The mc was isekei’d into a 15 yr old boy which is the lord of an area. He wraps his whole head around with “I got isekei’d into a young boy who is the lord, so I also must play that role and be the lord.”

The whole 30 chapters so far are just about him solving problems about his land and people. The art is good and the story is not bad. This manwha isn’t anything special. It’s just alright. I feel like it’ll get a bit boring if the story continues in the direction it’s going in right now. It’s a 7/10 for me.

It’s a middle grade story for me. It’s interesting but the execution lacks, MC has this huge background to justify his skills, but it barely becomes relevant outside of the plot. He barely questions where he is or how he came to be, MC acts like he is bounded by the setting of being a medieval lord, despite that with his background skills he should be having an easy time surviving in the wilderness and traveling around, especially after his body got super buffed, he survived in a post apocaliptic world in constant attack of aliens, surviving in a forest or a city full of thriving merchants should be easy for him.

There are practically no lingering attachments for him, all this far the biggest thing has been a nightmare of his past and that’s it.

It’s another ” Oh here I am with all my loved ones ups got isekaid look fantasy world yay ! ”.

It’s an interesting read but , nowhere beyond average.
