How ingrained in the mundane world is GAR? Can they not just use burner phones instead of long range radios?

Theory: Couldn’t he teleport a bomb into the enemies body?
Just teleport him in geostationary orbit.
Fill the room with the archimage with lava or better melted metal (silver?). Acid bath is also an option. Defenses may be super powerful, but they are not meant for something like that, especially for prolonged exposure.
Teleporting him to some super dangerous place also an option. Like several hundred kilometers down.
Spacial magic is something meant for creative people!
