l think theoretically he can use his magic to increase the speed of the bullets while and as it creates more kinetic energy it also becomes stronger 
but whether or not it will speed it up or slow it down is up to plot unfortunately

everything from phasing through objects (obito/kitty pryde style), space blades, compressed space bombs (Kuma), Illusions (distorting space to affect light), buffs and debuffs ( adjusting weight to increase agility, or affect momentum) blackholes, flight. force field to deflect/redirect attacks, endless acceleration hacks.
Even if he just dismembers his enemies by opening portals in front of them and then closing them when they’re halfway through.
Bro has one of the most broken elemental power with no direct counter (like fire vs water)
He needs to read so more fiction, from novels to comics.
My opinions of this Manhwa has become higher. Unlike Manhwas like “Terminally ill Genius Dark Knight” or “Necromancers Evolutionary Traits”, this Manhwa showed us the “Peak” of MC quickly. We don’t have to wait for so long and get cuc,ked and blue balled cuz of a spoiling Chapter 0.
Also, what is Mordite? And how did these Werewolves discover MC?! 😳 Like, what?! This is a bit confusing. I’m guessing the old woman who was spying on MC practicing in his backyard? And the Old Sheriff had some suspicions? But why did the Mom go to MC so quickly? Weird.
