It was really good having a new thing to read but I’m tired of the same crap, deals, petty tricks, some smart tricks, but NO scaling in real COMBAT power, and the thing that keeps me attached to those cliché bs marquis household son genius or whatever manhwas, is one single thing, upgrade in combat power, and I saw almost nothing in 80 chapters of this thing. And that’s not to say that I saw none.
I would like Wells more if he wasn’t so set on protecting people who don’t affect him in any way

Have confidence and give yourself more credit. MC isn’t pretending at this point anymore about all of that. What he was saying is quite accurate and not a bluff. no point in feeling like you’re pretending.
Dude needs to get a bunch of magic and crafting books already. Can’t he just sneak in and steal a bunch.
