If the vampire is smart, he’ll take the deal from GAR, ask for a medium amount of vampires (enough to more than make up for the destroyed nests, but not so much that it strains his blood supply/logistics network to the point of breaking), and then wait to get away from Corporate Karen before sending someone as a messenger to Alpha Chester with a simple request for the Ghost: “I don’t want any further hostilities. I have information about GAR, and I want to talk directly.”
GAR’s strength is rapidly disappearing by the day, while the latest nest attacks proved that the Ghost’s reach is global. Aside from GAR controlling the portal to The Nightlands, there’s no reason for the vampires to listen to GAR anymore, and if the vampire lord can improve his standing with the Ghost by agreeing to his “no harm to the mundanes” rule, then he can minimize the immediate risk to his remaining nests while also refilling his manpower reserves back to a sustainable level.

anyway, if he ever needs to wipe out a city, he can just a tungsten rod. he doesn’t even need the distance of dropping it from space – his chain portals can just accelerate it like what he did to the fire mage in this chapter. I mean, if he has no access to teleporting bombs directly lol.
