I thought by its name you can summon a clown or maybe make someone to be a clown and make them tripped fall into a pie or suddenly get a bucket of water fall on their head or make an amusing fall as they step on a soap bar and trying to balance and does a backflip with a comedy sound effect when they fall… But that sound like an S tier weapon XD
