If you haven’t realized by now: this manga is a conservative’s/right-wing’s wet powertrip. They do nothing but care for their own interests and think they are right to step on everybody else to achieve their goals, because “they know they are right”(not in a politically sense, but morale). This time around their legitimization is “I know the world is ending” which in itself is another big problem with religious nutcases. But dont get it wrong: this is not a morally ambigious what-if-scenario, its a power fantasy of an money-hungry, powerless dude who self-inserted his belief system into the main character to feel superior. “I would totally own all of these [slur]s” etc.
