Ah, yes, our Pyo Wol is a legend and this teenage martial artist is not a stupid person as I thought, and he even somewhat found out about our MC’s past, that he was also a victim 
I’m basing my opinions off from an Article I read before S2 came out. And it said Pyo Wol would be reunited with some of his old comrades. I’m guessing this Mysterious Villain is one of those. Especially with how he or she targeted the Qingcheng Sect with such hate. Maybe the White Hair Girl??? Also, wow…I changed my mind about this guy, this “Golden Youth Society” Leader. He’s way better than every other Orthodox bastard we’ve seen. Why? Because he has a Brain and can Communicate.
