I started rereading this and got to chapter 20 before remembering why I couldn’t remember much of the story.
It’s boring, repetitive and pretentious.
There are plots but they are inconsequential.
There is a lot of posturing and pastel colored hair.
As someone else said… it feels like an otome story.
If you consider yourself intellectual and a cut above the average Mangaread-er …then it might suit you… as some comments say.
However, if you have read enough then you know that intellectuals and those who are actually a cut above the average don’t read on these sorts of sites in the first place.

This was never a good series but 💩 went even more downhill after Queen Sillike death, what a disappointing series. I thought it couldn’t get worse but i was wrong

if you want to not use your brain and just want to look at cool fight scenes, this is NOT for you, i emphasise this truly i got to chpt 46 and then i really deeped it. i havent seen an actual fight yet yk like why not i just want to see cool aura moments and fight scenes with good art, not do all this word stuff with Political stuff… eh maybe its good but not for me

Just gonna say this, half the stuff here doesn’t make sense, and i still don’t get the power system. But i think I’m just autistic.

The author Ja Seo-Hyeon, known for the novel “Reborn as the Enemy Prince”, has passed away. The novel stopped at chapter 535, and the publisher Munpia stated they would continue to service the series up to that point to honor the author’s wishes, according to a Reddit post. The author’s family also approved of this continuation of the series.

Eh, 3/9/10, good art, but everything else is mediocre. 19 chapters in and all the mc has done is discover he’s being poisoned and done nothing about it. I here people complaining about the pacing being to fast, I think such people are stupid, there is honestly nothing going on here.
Unfortunately people see good art so they automatically say it’s good, and they ignore writing, worldbuilding, etc. Worldbuilding is okay in this case, but the writing is subpar. If you like to turn your brain off and read something when your bored, you can read this, but honestly reading this is more of a chore than a pleasure.
