That skill to substitute HP with MP is seriously overpowered, the higher the level, the easier to use it. The potential of the Shinigami class is probably in the top 3 in the world.
As for Gravity User… eh, I’m not convinced. Sure there’s got to be something that makes this class truly strong, as I see it now, it only works because MC is a former S class, has an item that reduces MP consumption while increasing Skill speed activation, and has a teammate that restores MP on top of that. Without any of those, at least for now, it seems fairly weak as a class.
But who knows, perhaps its ultimate skill allows the user to summon a mini black hole or something.
