Seriously the mc got 31k something exp from level 80 boss and went from level 50 to 58
Now the mc gets like 25 to 60 exp per low level monster kill and talks like it would take forever to level up so it be useless. It be like 100 kill of that low level monsters to get level up so what so big deal ? It’s still give the exp
It’s not like the level up in the range of 58 to 59 would take few million points like in other stories like that where in some cases they farm for a month just to get one level up
Still this system sucks with the being level 58 but still not have mp in 3 digits even tough being a mp class. Leveling up the 3 skills also takes a life time and the skills dont get stronger or take less mp while monsters even at level 30 had 3 digits mp and should have enough of it to take out level 60 adventurers and see them like ants that are easy to step on and mp should not run out at all for them if there would be some sense in this type of world

So 20 levels of advantage are not enough to catch up to a cowardly Boss? With a class that has multiple mobility skills? Looks fair and balanced to me 
And won’t that boss eventually run out of MP and stamina if he keeps running and spawning monsters nonstop for too long? It can’t be it has 1 million MP, right?
That said, it seems the system isn’t equally fair to everyone with the distribution of skill points, base stats and growth ratio. Could it be the MC is actually kinda on the lower side? His HP and MP were less than the Shinigami girl despite being at a higher level… If there were 100 Gravity Users in the world, and everyone chose the same tech tree of the MC, would they have higher base stats than him?
