Why does Rimuru choose to stay in this kind of form? I mean I get it if this is meant to remember Shizue, but like he can just make another thing of remembrance for the woman than just look like her.

Just watched the anime again, got to say they smoothed things out and made them more impactful.
Also got to say, you don’t need to elaborate icicle shot, anime tries to call it shotgun, this translation calls to scatter shot, but shot in ammo types is a few projectiles. Calling it icicle flechette. Even if all the burst fire and multi ammo programs and tech failed. Seems to be making a come back for anti drone warfare tho. lul
