Wait, they can use other types of magic before they choose a specialty?
Why can’t they continue to train in multiple types while specializing in their chosen style?
Even if they loose the ability to learn more of types opposing their specialty, they should still have the magic they learned before, thus MC should be able to use low level long range attacks. After all, he used a close range before regression.
I don’t know who’s more retarded: MC, academic staff, writer… or me still reading this…
so bad guy can nulify magic, teleport and of course he can take car of one of the strongest mage.
and obviously no one will react when there is explosions in the middle of the school yard.
what about other teachers, students ?
and what about, i dunno, attack before he teleports ? guy’s half dead no way he can use magic as fast as before.

Always be sure that u killed your enemy. There is fatal bad writing on so many points like for example; when he said physical magics activication is faster than long range magic but thats stupid because you can shoot lasers and thats not fast enough but you can throw a punch at enemy and thats gonna work? Did u forget u need time to reach your enemy? Unless you r teleporting instantly its bad writing. I could understand if it was like “magic isnt working but physical attacks working”. Well ill talk about 1 more point its just that i dont like it: in some scenes like mc gets attacked, principal just watches it i know principal in this story isnt omnipotent but if u have time to yell his name u should also have time for using magic or running to save him. In other chapters there are similar things too like leila yelling his name just to get screentime or when head professor tried to find leo but he spent some useless time just by yapping and sitting. Ill finish this one day but at this point its 3-5/10 (depending on the person).
