That stupid, like wym close combat magic is weak!? All it does is increase your base speed even more. If you work out and find more ways to increase your base speed, magic onto of that become even better. Dont get me started on how you can try to be come the element itself.
Uhhh, why not go to the dean and tell him this is his second try and give him a timeline so he can get the ball rolling with the rest of the world. And, how does this kid already know how to use close combat magic already, doesn’t he have to learn it? 
Still waiting for the at least 4 other types of magic to be explained….
Hmm. so, you are telling me magic was practiced so much that Universities were setup, picking the ‘right path’ became a public event but somehow only and only medium to long distance magic is being researched on?? until MC came into picture?
Even though I’m not the biggest fan of the art style, I think it lacks detail, the anatomy in this is very well done. Every panel also has consistent art quality, something a lot of manhwa can’t claim. It’s a shame his skill is wasted on adapting a mediocre story.
