So, conquer Peretta territory, and either rule directly, or perhaps find an illegitimate child of the Peretta ruler that hates him and would be loyal to Mclain instead of Bifrost.. Or replace the Peretta family entirely with someone that is competent and well respected within the Peretta territory.
