I assume he is maneuvering the war so that the victorious prince is in the same room as the losing prince, then blows up everything in the room, the room itself, the building the room is in, maybe most of the city where the building resides. Cut off the heads, all that is left is for the remaining factions support the last prince.
This guy is an unmitigated legend.
if I had a guess he plans on ruining both factions by dragging out the war just long enough. Then eliminate the rowdy remains and push the third prince into the position. As both 1st and 2nd are rotten people with a entourage of rotten people.
Neither side will want to change because they only think about what benefits them.
