Wow. That cardinal was born with the strongest class in the world, yet wants people to be utterly powerless. And destroy the world. Why? What does he get from destroying the world? Maybe sacrifice millions of souls for a spell of immortality? Help a Demon King so he’ll allow him to live after he’s done destroying the rest of the world? Anything else?
Pretty obvious what’s happening now. Georgis wants the throne. He’s spreading ignorance about the advance classes by using the fact that they’re difficult to learn, and making it seem like they’re useless, because the way to advance them isn’t easy to perceive or grasp. So people mistakenly bite because according to the authority, him, the “low” classes have nothing to offer. This way, there will be no one who can effectively oppose him when he siezes power.

So, every party wants a Spirit Archer, but also 80% of the player base are Sages? I think the author forgot about that in an effort to create a nice pep talk for the elf girl. If Spirit Archer was such a good class that every party wants one, you’d surely see a more balanced class ratio.
You can’t convince me the remaining 20% are all Spirit Archers.
