Making her husband change his direction especially with Nightingale being the third wheel is inherently irritating simply by the nature of both girls amount of screen time/development etc.
Nightingale has lots of air time.
And i think the fact so many people are against this abrupt pivot in direction from harem to normal romance demonstrates how the Author’s wife shot her own husband’s foot.

This really is one of the few times I wish the MC had gone the harem route instead of settling on a single girl so quickly.
Let me reiterate to any delusional jokes out there who are in denial reading a story about a wisdom stealing mc and a harem of loli magic girls.
You’re only reading it for the world building? Mkay. 75% of the story is magic loli harem girls. So either you’re in denial or you’re so illiterate and uneducated you think the world building isnt fixed in relation to mcs gaggle of magic girls.
In the end, its a story with hot magic girls. The word building is FUN and entertaining, but shallow and unsubstantiated at best. Fun.
Telling me that you read it for the world building alone and dont care about the magic girls tells me you’re either in denial, full of it and/or have no experience reading a nuanced, substantial story of citybuilding, world building.
