I’ve been thinking over a bit, and it already happened in the past they (accidentally ?) released a chapter (only one that time, though) very far ahead and it took months (or even not far from a year) to catch up.
If I’m not mistaked, there was also a very long hiatus at that time.
So, given there are so faraway chapters already sketched (and probably randomly translated), the story might not be axed, after all, but we’ll probably have to wait for a long time before they resume.
In fact, those might have been thrown to readers like teasers (though honestly, the nuking was too much of a spoiler – even if badly and unepically sketched as usual) from some official site where there may be some explations we just don’t have here.
Anyway, my best advice is still standing : find and read the novel.
It’s excellent and perfectly translated. And totally complete, so you won’t miss anything. A reading over from the start is also highly recommended, because the manhua has been shit and skipping too much important information more than once, really.

No fucking way, what the HELL did I miss.. Did I skip like a couple dozen chapters or what, because there is no way I missed the MC meeting some kind of alien leader for the sky-realm, the testing of the nuclear bomb (because that explosion apparently was a nuke, though im pretty sure the planes near it would be vaporized unless the island is really big enough to encompass a whole nuke) and how tf did the city get so advanced?? is it a dream?? did nightgale and the other girl who i forgot the name of because she appears so rarely get into the dream world or is that just how his city looks?? wtf is the plot, I don’t get it, this should have been at the very least 50 or so chapters just to explain this plot, rushing it like this makes it plain confusing.

I have heard of rushed… but holy cow! they chopped easily 150-200 chapters. Even the best part with the massive space battle is gone. Well I highly encourage people to find the WN and read it. I can’t even start with what they cut. Just know that the bombs they dropped on the the demons were nukes, and he dropped a total of 3. One to test and scare the shit out of one demon and two on the floating island. But the last arc with the demons was close but they cut a lot out just to say end. If you read or even listen to the WN on youtube you will at least get the end with sky sea folks, the truce with the demons and the epic space battle with the true big baddie. And they never say Nightingale and Anna both become his wife….. Just highly implied as those 3 now live together forever.

687 to now is a rushed recap of the novel because the manhua got axed.

i readed before in the comments, but in this chapter its made clear how they jumped chapters, its a shame it was a good history
