Sett managed Underdog City before MC came back (c64). Many kids were kidnaped in Underdog and in Original Timeline, Past MC was framed for it (c63).
It seems that MC evaluates everyone the opposite of what they truly are – Hugo, Osiris, Set.
Yeah… I figured that the guy who was “on his side” was the one who framed him.
ah well i was right theres no way some kind dude would exist atp its likely that he took control of hugo in the past
IDK whether its only me but i understand the significance of the collar as it is broken which shows he has broken free from his chain but its veeeerry wierd like extremely wierd because he INTENTIONALLY put it on and he took it of when he was sleeping but that just makes it wierder , its like he is parading himself like a dog or something and that collar is incredibly distracting but thats just my oppinion anyway
