It’s not 50% but +50 . And he’s saying not useful to him? He’s not fighter like jinwoo. So what makes him think he’s invisible when someone higher level can crush him? I reallyhate arrogant guys who just happened to get everything like it’s everyday thing

I guess his skill is kinda “passive”
Every hit decreases his mp,
I mean if it’s a “toggle” skill, he needs to activate it and just leave it then that’s where the mp/sec decrease starts.
