Sandmancer of the Scorched Desert - Chapter 25

I dunno if I am reading into this to much but I think I know how it all started…..

Version one of “how it all started”
So humanity discovers extraterrestrial life, elves(they might be from outer space or another dimension). They contact them, their arrival brings with them the discovery of magic, mama and so on. The elves work with the humans. They aren’t hostile to each other. Of course until a group humans(some country/military forces) deem them as a threat and try to neutralize them and steal their knowledge for their own(Helldiver 1 style). They attack them, a group of elves with their leader that has been a victim of their cruelty, changes he’s view of humans and starts to loath them and see them as inferiors. At the end of the war the elves or humans launch a Doomsday device or use magic to bring this desert Apocalypse.

Version 2:
Elves discover them, disgust from the start. They are them as inferiors and invade them. Humans retaliate but they are backed into a corner. As a last ditch effort they unleash some devastating weapon/power that traps the elves and humans in the sandy hell.

That’s all I got. It’s just some theories. I would be happy if you told me your thoughts on these and what are your theories for this plot?
